Come join us at the IncluMusic final event in Cluj-Napoca! Music and Inclusion: Educate, Empower, Engage

On Tuesday, 7 October 2025, the Gheorghe Dima National Academy of Music (ANMGD) in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, will host Music and Inclusion: Educate, Empower, Engage, the concluding dissemination event of the IncluMusic project (Increasing skills for building more inclusive conservatoires), co-funded by the European Union. This scientific gathering will bring together project partners and international experts to present the outcomes of IncluMusic and reflect on its contribution to advancing inclusion in Higher Music Education (HME).

Representatives from ANMGD, RESOLVO, Università di Roma LUMSA, European University Cyprus (EUC), Royal Irish Academy of Music (RIAM), Conservatorio Statale di Musica Alessandro Scarlatti di Palermo, and the AEC will showcase the project’s work packages, alongside interactive sessions illustrating practical applications in mindfulness and music therapy.

Guest speakers include representatives from Musethica International (through its 1000+ Concerts project), the Bayreuth Festival, and the Emanuel University of Oradea in Romania. The day will conclude with a round-table discussion, providing a forum for exchange between academics, practitioners, and cultural leaders on the future of inclusive practices in HME and performance.

This final event represents a key milestone in the IncluMusic project, celebrating its achievements, exploring innovative approaches to inclusive music education, and strengthening international collaboration among international partners and stakeholders. To confirm your attendance, please register by 1 October 2025 here.
